THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No.2787 OF 2021 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent No.1 in registering the complaint, dated 02.02.2021, of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

2.

Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the record.

3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he lodged a complaint, dated 02.02.2021, before the respondent No.1, alleging commission of cognizable offence, no action has been taken yet.

4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that in terms of the interim order, dated 05.02.2021, passed by this Court in this Writ Petition, the petitioner approached the respondent No.1 and lodged a report. Basing on the said report, a case in Crime No.105 of 2021 of Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad, was

registered for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of I.P.C. and the same is under investigation. 5.

The said submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home are taken on record. 6.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is addressed, no specific orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. 7.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to cost. ____________________ Dr. SHAMEEM AKTHER, J Date: 23.02.2022 MD
