THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.1073 OF 2024 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/Accused in Crime.No.10 of 2024 on the file of Gudimalkapur Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 370, 370(A) of IPC and Sections 3 & 7 pf Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act, 1956. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The Police Gudimalkapur raided the premises namely 'Jannat Spa' situated in Mehdipatnam and found this petitioner along with others indulged in prostitution in the name of running the Spa.

As seen from the remand report, major part of the investigation is complete, for which reason, the relief of regular bail can be granted, subject to following conditions:- i) The petitioner/Accused shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the

XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

ii) The petitioner/Accused after release shall appear before concerned Station House Officer at 10:00 a.m. on every Monday and Wednesday for a period four weeks for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required.

iii) The petitioner/Accused shall not in any manner try to contact the victims named in the remand report, failing which, the bail granted is liable to be cancelled. iv) The petitioner/Accused shall abide by the other conditions stipulated under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. 5.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. __________________ K.SURENDER, J Date : 01.02.2024 dv
