THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE G. RADHA RANI Writ Petition No.3116 of 2021 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner-School challenging the order dated 03-12-2020 passed by the 1st respondent-Organisation under Section 14-B of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (for short 'EPF & MP Act') for the period 25.04.2013 to 30.11.2019 directing the petitioner to pay Rs.7,03,804/- towards damages as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and unenforceable in law.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the appellate tribunal.

3. Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
