HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.5509 of 2016 Order:

The limited prayer with which the petitioner has come up with this revision is to direct the Senior Civil Judge, Nuzvid, to dispose of an interlocutory application.

2. Heard Mr. V.S.R. Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the nature of the relief prayed, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4. A suit for partition was filed way back in 1985. In the final decree proceedings, the application for appointment of Commissioner to suggest division by metes and bounds is pending for the past nearly 7 years. Therefore, the civil revision petition is disposed of directing the Trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.763 of 2010 in O.S.No.20 of 1985, after hearing all parties, within a period of 2(two) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
