Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Co-operation (Andhra Pradesh) for respondents.

In this Writ Petition, the petitioner is questioning show-cause notices dt.08.07.2015, issued to him under Section 60 (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 which is said to have been initiated on the basis of a report under Section 51 of the said Act submitted by 5th respondent.

3. The petitioner contends that the material referred to in the enquiry report of 5th respondent is not furnished to him by 4th respondent.

4. Admittedly, the petitioner herein has not specified what documents he requires in his earlier representation made to 4th respondent.

5. The counsel for petitioner now states that petitioner will furnish a list of documents, which according to the petitioner, has been relied upon in the enquiry report under Section 51 of the Act by 5th respondent to 4th respondent within a period of one (01) week from to-day.

6. The learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent nos.1 to 6, states that 4th respondent will furnish the documents or extracts of documents sought by petitioner within a period of

two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of petitioner made to the 4th respondent, listing out the documents.

7. Having regard to the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to 4th respondent giving a list of documents or extracts of documents which he wants to be supplied to him by 4th respondent within a period of one (01) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such a request from petitioner within two (02) weeks, the 4th respondent shall furnish the documents sought by petitioner, if available, and furnish reasons for not furnishing documents in case he does not wish to furnish any such document. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

8. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
