THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.13653 of 2006 ORDER:

An order passed by the Commissioner of Endowments, A.P., Hyderabad, granting approval for extension of lease of the lands subject to payment of enhanced rents in favour of the sitting tenants for a further period of three years vide proceedings D.Dis.No.Mi/23191/2006, dated 12.06.2006, is challenged in the present Writ Petition.

This Court, on 06.07.2006, granted interim suspension of the impugned order. Admittedly, the period covered by the impugned order came to an end long back. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
