THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.17630 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed assailing the action of the Revenue Authorities in not restricting the State Road Transport Corporation to the extent of land which was allotted to it, viz., Ac.1.31 guntas in Survey No.226/A of Kesamudram Village and Mandal, Warangal District.

Sri J.Kanakaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, would however state that the authorities had undertaken a survey and demarcated the boundaries and therefore, giving effect to such demarcation in the revenue record would suffice to protect the interest of the petitioner.

He further states that the petitioner made a representation in this regard to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mahabubabad.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mahabubabad, Warangal District, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2015 and pass appropriate reasoned orders thereon in accordance with law. Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the State Road Transport Corporation, states that his client may also be given an opportunity in this regard.

The Revenue Divisional Officer, Mahabubabad, shall therefore cause notice to be given to the petitioner and the State Road Transport Corporation and after giving them due opportunity of hearing, take appropriate action in the matter

in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed within three

(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
