This writ petition is filed aggrieved by non-disposal of appeal No.528581/2017(B) filed under Rule 9 of Rules made under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act. Since it is stated that appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as parties to the appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
