CVNR, J & TR, J CrlA.No.632 of 2012 01.10.2018 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The de facto complainant filed this appeal against judgment, dated 29.07.2011, in Sessions Case No.646 of 2007 on the file of the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, at N.T.R. Nagar, Hyderabad, whereby he has acquitted respondent Nos.1 to 4, who are the accused in the said Sessions Case. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.T.Nitender Singh, learned counsel representing Mr.T.Pradyumna Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, has fairly submitted that Criminal Appeal No.125 of 2014 filed by the State against the same judgment, which is the subject matter of the present appeal, was dismissed by this Court, by judgment, dated 07.02.2014. The learned Public Prosecutor (T.S.) appearing for respondent No.5/State has not stated that any further appeal is filed against the said judgment. Thus, presumably the said judgment has become final.

Therefore, for the same reasons for which Criminal Appeal No.125 of was dismissed on 07.02.2014, this appeal is also dismissed.
