Bandaru Venkata Guruvulu, v. Smt. Bandaru Alivelu Mangamma,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY Civil Revision Petition No.2485 of 2015 Dated 31st July, 2015 Between:
Bandaru Venkata Guruvulu
...Petitioner
and Smt.Bandaru Alivelu Mangamma and others
...Respondents
Counsel for the petitioner: Sri B.Ravi Shankar Counsel for the respondents: ---- The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the learned Junior Civil Judge, Macherla, Guntur District for disposing of I.A.Nos.831 and 832 of 2009 in I.A.No.633 of 2008 in O.S.No.252 of 2002 pending on his file. At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the regular incumbent of the office of the Junior Civil Judge, Macherla is under training in the State Judicial Academy and that an in-charge Officer is functioning.
In view of this fact, I am not inclined to issue any direction to the incharge Officer to dispose of the IAs. Instead, the petitioner is permitted to file an appropriate application before the regular Officer after resumption of his office after training for an expeditious disposal. If the Officer does not accept the request of the petitioner, he shall then be free to avail a fresh remedy before this Court.
Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner as above, the civil revision petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the civil revision petition,
C.R.P.M.P.No.3331 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 31st July, 2015 VGB
