THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.18259 of 2004 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in reverting the petitioner is one without jurisdiction, violative of principles of natural justice besides hit by part-3 of the Constitution of India and consequently to set aside the impugned order bearing RC.No.C1/34846/2004-2 dated 16.09.2004 and to pass such other necessary orders.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition in view of the interim orders of this Court dated 07.10.2004.
