This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2019 in respect of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.23 guntas in Sy.No.107, situated at Veerappagudem Sivaru, Damaracherla Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced endorsement dated 05.02.2020 stating that petitioner's application is rejected.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition can be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said endorsement dated 05.02.2020.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the endorsement dated 05.02.2020, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
