This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief:- ...to issue an appropriate w rit, order of direction more particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering w ith the rectification w ork undertaken by the petitioner in respect of 4th floor slab of the building constructed over the schedule property i.e land admeasuring 450 sq.yards in Plot Nos. 24 and 25 in Sy.Nos.6/ 1, 10 and 17 of Gachibow li Village, Serilingampally Mandal, R.R.Dist. in spite of regularization is illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere into the possession and enjoyment over the schedule property admeasuring 450 sq.yards in Plot Nos. 24 and 25 in Sy.Nos.6/ 1, 10 and 17 of Gachibow li Village, Serilingampally Mandal, R.R.Dist. and pass such other order or orders..."

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that in view of certain events that had taken place after filing of the writ petition, no orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and, therefore, the writ petition may be closed.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner that no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
