ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of the 1st Respondent in issuing the two notices dated 23.06.2012 in LR.No.PDS/MOVT.5(1)/201112/M1 as illegal, improper, arbitrary, unjust and without authority of law, unconstitutional, contrary to the provisions of the agreements and consequently to direct the 1st Respondent to release the Bank guarantees and security deposit collected from the Petitioners at the time of agreement dated 01.07.2011 and 07.07.2011 as also to pay the balance of price as requested from 01.04.2012 to 30.06.2012." At the hearing, Sri P.Vijay Hindu, learned counsel, representing Sri M.V.J.K.Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated

04.07.2012, shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P.No.25794 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
