This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by the petitioner/ accused No.2 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.315 of 2018 on the file of the VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, wherein the petitioner/ accused is being prosecuted for the offences under Sections 406, 427, 504 and 506 of I.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.2, the learned counsel for the respondent No.1/ de facto complainant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent No.2-State and perused the record. 3.

Having argued the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.2 sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
