Heard both sides.

2) Both the learned counsel would submit that they are ready to argue the appeal before the lower appellate Court and requested this Court to give a direction to the lower appellate Court to dispose of the appeal within a reasonable time.

3) In view of their submission, this CRP is disposed of with a direction that District Judge, Mahabubnagar shall make an endeavour to dispose of A.S.No.48 of 2017 on merits expeditiously but not later than six months.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
