Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation. 2.
On the ground that the husband of petitioner was suffering with Cancer, he was retired from the services of Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC), as driver on 02.11.2016. As the retirement was on medical invalidation grounds, the husband of petitioner submitted representation on 29.05.2017, to the Depot Manager, Suryapet Depot, requesting to provide employment to his wife. Petitioner also made application to provide employment. The application of the petitioner was forwarded to the Personal Officer of TSRTC, Nalgonda Region, by the Depot Manager, Suryapet, vide his letter dated 24.03.2018. Alleging that there is inaction on the request made by the petitioner to provide employment under the Bread Winner Scheme, this writ petition is filed. 3.
According to learned counsel for the petitioner, so far no decision is made on the request made for provision of employment under the Bread Winner Scheme.

Having regard to the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Regional Manager-3rd respondent to examine the claim of petitioner to provide employment under the Bread Winner Scheme and to pass appropriate orders and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of
