This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree, dated 10.8.2016, in A.S.No.76 of 2015 on the file of the learned VII Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Visakhapatnam.

At the hearing, Mr. K.Jyothi Prasad, learned counsel representing Mr. K.Sarvabhouma Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Second Appeal as his client is proposing to file a comprehensive suit.

In view of the above submission, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Second Appeal, SAMP.No.2098 of 2016 filed by the appellant for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
