This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of \ Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr,P.C') by the petitioners - !I accused Nos.1 and 2 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.5698 of 2019 pending on the file of learned XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Cyberabad. The offences alleged against them are punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

As seen from the record, the present quash petition was filed in the year 2020 and the crime is of the year 2019 and charge sheet was also filed in the year 2019. Therefore, without going into the facts of the case, this Coutt deems it appropriate to direct the learned XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Cyberabad, to dispose off the above case as expeditiously as possible within a period of four (04) months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

z With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Asa sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
