COMMON ORDER:
These two contempt cases are filed alleging wilful violation of common order, dated 02.09.2011, in W.P.Nos.4139 and 28722 of 2010.
After the cases underwent several adjournments, Sri P.Krishna Prakash, learned Special Government Pleader (AP), submitted that the above-mentioned order has been fully complied with. He has placed before the Court a copy of letter, dated 20.04.2016, addressed by the Principal Secretary to the Government (FAC) Department for Women, Children, Differently Abled & Senior Citizens, to the Managing Director of A.P.Differently Abled & Senior Citizens Assistance Corporation,
wherein permission was accorded to the latter for payment of differential gratuity and enashment of earned leave from the funds available to the extent of Rs.1,75,34,508/-. He has also produced the consequential proceedings issued by the Managing Director of the above-mentioned Corporation bearing the date of 20.04.2016 and the statement of bank account of the State Bank of India, Gowliguda Branch in support of his submission that the aforementioned sum was credited to the bank account.
In the light of the above facts, the contempt cases are closed with liberty to the petitioners to avail a fresh remedy if any of them has not received his share of amount.
As a sequel to disposal of the contempt cases, Applications, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 22nd April, 2016 VGB
