The petitioner/A-2 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. I.A.No.2 of 2019 is filed by them to compound the offences against A-2 in Crime No.359 of 2012 of Chandrayanagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307 read with 34 IPC by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.2 of 2019 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.359 of 2012 of Chandrayangutta Police Station, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed, A-2 is acquitted and the bail bonds of A-2, if any, stands cancelled. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
