THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2724 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 15.06.2011 passed in I.A.No.156 of 2011 in O.S.No.310 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tirupathi. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
