This Tr. C.M.P. is filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2018 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy District to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial, Mancherial District. 2.

The petitioner herein is the wife of respondent, and the said O.P. was filed by respondent against petitioner seeking dissolution of their marriage.

The counsel for respondent states that he has no objection for transfer of the said O.P. to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial, Mancherial District.

Therefore, the Tr.C.M.P. is allowed, and H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2018 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy District is trnasfered to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial, Mancherial District. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Tr.C.M.P., shall stand closed.
