HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6324 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed appeal before the 2nd respondent under Section 5 B of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 against proceedings No.B/406/2012 issued by the 3rd respondent. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner after issuing notice and affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as 4th respondent, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
