THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 2108 of 2018 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioner is that though there is no suspension or cancellation of the authorization granted in his favour in respect of Fair Price Shop No.35, situated at Kotananduru Village and Mandal, East Godavari District, the respondents are not allowing him to distribute the scheduled commodities.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies placed before this Court a copy of the show cause notice, dated 18.01.2018, said to have been issued to the petitioner asking him to submit explanation with regard to the allegations levelled against him. As of date, neither the authorization granted in favour of the petitioner is suspended nor cancelled. In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of and the petitioner is allowed to continue to distribute the scheduled commodities as long as his fair price shop authorization subsists. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dt:25.01.2018 kdl
