This petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No. 602 of 2013 of Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 324, 427 and 506 read with 34 IPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the Investigating Agency after completion of investigation filed charge sheet on 31.01.2014 before Magistrate concerned and cognizance being taken vide Calendar Case No.245 of 2014 and the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
