By a separate order passed by us today, we have dismissed W.A.M.P. No.2403 of 2017 filed for condonation of the delay of 580 days in filing the writ appeal. As a consequence of the said order, this writ appeal is rejected.

As a sequel to rejection of the writ appeal, W.A.M.P. No.2402 of 2017, filed by the applicants/appellants for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
