Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner who is working as a Staff Nurse in Government Community Hospital, Huzurabad, Karimnagar District, had made a request on 20-02-2017 for deputation of foreign service to the MNJ Cancer Institute of Oncology, Red Hills, Hyderabad, since there are two vacancies available there, that this representation was forwarded by 3rd respondent to 2nd respondent, but no action ahs been taken thereon till date.

Learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for the respondents states that 2nd respondent will take a decision on the said representation of the petitioner within four weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to decide the petitioner's representation within four weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
