THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.27163 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to quash the award dated 30-06-2003 in I.D.No.272/2000 on the file of Labour Court, Ananthapur. 2.

Regional Manager, APSRTC, Kurnool revised the orders of removal passed against respondent herein and set aside the orders of appointing authority, modified the punishment of removal to that of fresh appointment. Second respondent herein approached Labour Court and Chairman-cum-Presiding Officer, L a b o u r Court, Ananthapur, while setting aside the orders of Regional Manager, APSRTC, Kurnool awarded punishment of deferment of increment for

a period of two years without cumulative effect. Challenging that order, this writ is filed.

2. The writ petition against R2 who is the beneficiary of the award passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Labour Court was dismissed on 2210-2010 for non-compliance of order dated 18-08-2010.

3. As the writ was already dismissed against R2, no further orders are necessary and the writ petition is closed. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
