CVNR, J & TR, J F.C.A.No.150 of 2015 10.03.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal arises out of order and decree, dated 27.01.2015, in O.P.No.669 of 2011 on the file of the Judge, Family Courtcum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge's Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for both the parties have submitted that the parties have compromised the dispute during the pendency of the appeal and therefore, adjudication of the appeal on merits is not necessary.

In the light of the above submissions, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
