Sri A.Satya Prasad, learned counsel for the appellants, represented that the matter is settled out of the Court and the letter received from the appellants is filed before this Court.

In view of the settlement of the matter before Lok Adalat, the appeal becomes infructuous. Hence, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this appeal, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
