This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.103 of 2015 on the file of Tappachabutra Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 376(1) IPC.

When the matter had come up on 10.09.2015, none appeared for the petitioner, and therefore, the matter was posted to 11.09.2015. On 11.09.2015 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned. Even today also, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
