THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.VI NOD KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.2402 of 2020 O R D E R:

The present writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the 4th respondent in registering the complaint of the petitioners, dated 29.01.2020, made against the unofficial respondents, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 05.02.2020, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, submits that on receiving the petition from the petitioners, on 29.01.2020, a GD entry was made and a letter was addressed to the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, on 05.02.2020, with a request to accord permission to register a case under Sections 323 and 506 IPC. After obtaining permission from the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, a case was registered in Crime No.100 of 2020 under Sections 323 and 506 IPC on the file of Bachupally Police Station, on 05.02.2020. 4.

Having regard to the above submission, since a case is registered on the basis of the complaint, dated 29.01.2020, made by the petitioners, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed and no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.
