THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.25580 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as un-official respondents 5 and 6 and learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 3 in collusion with respondents 5 and 6 in not giving protection to the petitioners to cultivate their lands in Sy.No.451 to an extent of Ac.5.01 gts. situated at Yerrabelly village, Nidamanoor Revenue Mandal, Nalgonda District in the light of the injunction order granted in I.A.No.327 of 2013 in O.S.No.142 of 2013 dated 19.06.2013 and in threatening the petitioners not to enter into their land and interfering with the civil dispute is highly arbitrary, bad and illegal." 3.

During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that the subject property is situated within the limits of Haliya Police Station, but not Miryalguda Rural Police Station. The 3rd respondent also filed a counter-affidavit to that effect.

4.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 and 6 brought to the notice of this Court that the matter has been settled between the petitioners and the respondents 5 and 6 in O.S.No.142 of 2013. 4.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.

5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
