HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE SURESH K UMAR K AIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 16141 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide present Criminal Petition, the petitioner/Accused No.3 seeks a direction to the Station House Officer, Police Station, Kadiyam, East Godavari District to enlarge him on bail in connection with Crime No. 145 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(1)(c) read with Section 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act.

Keeping in view the recovery of total Ganja of 3792 Kgs, out of which 90 Kgs of Ganja was seized from the possession of the petitioner/Accused No.3, which is a commercial quantity, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/Accused No.3. The Criminal Petition is therefore dismissed.
