THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 2072 OF 2018 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri R.A. Achuthanand, learned counsel for the petitioner, having argued for some time, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy of appeal under the provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for brevity, "SARFAESI Act, 2002"). Sri Ambadipudi Satyanarayana, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank, states that he has no objection. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
