When the matter is called today, it is requested by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the writ petition may be closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedies available to him as per law.

2. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the other remedies in accordance with law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
