Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners could not dispute the above submission.

In view of the same, no relief can be granted in these writ petitions and they are accordingly dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioners to avail remedies available under law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
