HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.25458 of 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the proceedings dated 11.11.2009 issued by the 2nd respondent as illegal and arbitrary and a consequential direction is also sought to restrain the respondents from interfering with the business or possession of the petitioner of the premises bearing No.40-2-27, Raghuram Street, Mogalarajapuram, Vijayawada.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Ms. G.Jhansi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Vijayawada Municipal Corporation submitted that the business of the petitioner is closed and no orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
