HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO COMMON ORDER:

These Writ Petitions are filed alleging that even though representations were made for extension of parole granted to the petitioners, the same are not disposed of, causing undue hardship and suffering.

Learned Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the competent authority rejecting the request for extension of parole granted to the petitioners.

In view of the same, cause in the Writ Petitions does not survive. Leaving it open to petitioners to work out their remedy as available in law, if so advised, aggrieved by the rejection of request for extension of parole, Writ Petitions are dismissed. Petitioners are directed to surrender themselves before the respective Jail Superintendents on or before 28.02.2019. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
