THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.11702 of 2016 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 4 in C.C.No.329 of 2016 on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 I.P.C. read with Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue raised in this Criminal Petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 13-072016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7811 of 2016 & batch, copy of which is placed on record.

Following the same, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No. 329 of 2016 on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District, are quashed against the petitioners/accused. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
