This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.160 of 2018 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, by which, the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 3 are being prosecuted for the offences alleged under Sections 498A and 506 I.P.C. and Section 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 3, learned counsel for respondent No.1/ de facto complainant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.2/ State. Perused the record.

It is submitted that the parties are intending to compound the offences alleged in the said Calendar Case. 4 .
Under these circumstances, the parties are at liberty to approach the trial Court and get the matter compounded in accordance with the procedure established under law. 5 .
With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
