JUSTICE JUVVADI SRIDEVI FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.65 OF 2009 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) This appeal, under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, is filed by the appellant aggrieved by the decree and order, dated 28.03.2006, passed in O.P.No.677 of 2005 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, whereby, the subject O.P. filed by the respondent under Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act read with Section 151 C.P.C. read with Order VII Rule 1 C.P.C., seeking to handover custody of the minor children, namely Amanullah Khan, Asma Begum, Ameena Begum and Tabassum Begum, was allowed.

No representation for both sides. Perused the record. 3.

As seen from the material placed on record, the minor children, namely Amanullah Khan, Asma Begum, Ameena Begum and Tabassum Begum, were born on 27.01.1994, 01.05.1995, 05.04.1996 and 18.08.1997, respectively, and as on today, they have attained the age of majority and therefore, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

Under these circumstances, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
