THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY TRANSFER C.M.P.NO.661 OF 2015 O R D E R:

This Transfer C.M.P. is filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of O.P.No.68 of 2015 filed by the respondent-husband from the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District to the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Addanki, Prakasam District.

It is the case of the petitioner that her marriage with the respondent was solemnized on 09.11.2013 at Addanki, Prakasam District and they were blessed with a male child and at present she is pregnant. As the respondent harassed the petitioner physically and mentally and forcefully sent her away, she is living with her parents at Addanki, Prakasam District. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the petitioner is pregnant and residing with her parents at Addanki, Prakasam District. Therefore, she is unable to travel from Addanki, Prakasam District to Mangalagiri, Guntur District. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection for allowing the transfer petition and pleaded that the presence of respondent for each and

every adjournment may be dispensed with, except on the dates of cross-examination and conciliation.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, O.P.No.68 of 2015 which is pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District is transferred to the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Addanki, Prakasam District and the presence of the respondent on each and every date of adjournment is dispensed with. However, the respondent shall appear before the court below on the dates fixed for his crossexamination and conciliation. Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is allowed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
