THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON No.20947 OF 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Though this writ petition was filed by the unsuccessful applicant in O.A.No.2767 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, which was dismissed vide order dated 10.06.2015, Sri Challa Siva Sankar, learned counsel for the petitioner-applicant, would inform this Court that similarly situated employees had been granted the relief sought by the petitioner-applicant in the subject O.A. and therefore it would suffice at this stage if this Court directs the authorities to consider her representations dated 18.08.2014, 19.09.2014 and 19.02.2015 treating her on par with the similarly situated employees who were granted relief and in the light of G.O.Ms.No.193, Finance (HR.III) Department, dated 07.10.2016.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State and its authorities and the learned counsel for the third respondentMunicipality would state that they have no objection. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner-applicant's representations dated 18.08.2014, 19.09.2014 and 19.02.2015, notwithstanding the dismissal of O.A.No.2767 of 2015 vide order dated 10.06.2015, by taking into account her claim that others similarly situated had been granted relief and in the light of G.O.Ms.No.193 dated 07.10.2016. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
