This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.281 of 2014 in FIR No.281 on the file of the SHO, Shad Nagar, Mahaboob Nagar District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the case was compromised on 08.08.2015 in Lok-Adalat and prayed to dismiss the petition. Recording the said submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
