Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to move application before the XIII Additional Chief metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad for withdrawal of LOC. Learned counsel also requested to direct the said Court to pass appropriate orders immediately.

In view of above submissions, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to the petitioner herein to move appropriate application before the XIII Additional Chief metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad and if such application is filed, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed within a period of one week thereafter. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
