Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent Corporation. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the respondents.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 and 3 in issuing the Shortfall Intimation Letter bearing File No.

3006/21834/W30/2019 dated 14.12.2019 and not granting building permission as illegal, arbitrary, discriminative and contrary to the provisions of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to receive and approve the application for building permission forthwith and pass such other or orders may deem fit and proper in the Circumstances of the case.'

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 29.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9424 of 2019, a copy of which was filed at Page No.24 of the material papers filed along with the writ petition.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. 5.

Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order in W.P.No.9424 of 2019 and batch to this order.
