ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring action of the 3rd and 4th respondents in not granting permission for using loud speaker or Mikes in social drama in the event of Sri Sri Siddheshwara Swamy Rathotsavam (Pulling of Gods Chariot), which is scheduled on 25.2.2017 in our village i.e., Muddatamagi Village, Holagundha Mandal, Kurnool District, as arbitrary and illegal." Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of expiry of the date for Rathotsavam, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and it has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
