When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case and to that effect he made an endorsement. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
